Comprehensive Youth Services – also known as CYS – is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality mental health and supportive services to children, adolescents and families who have experienced abuse or domestic violence, and for those who are at-risk, or who are struggling with difficult personal or family issues. For more than forty years, Comprehensive Youth Services (CYS) has worked to eliminate child abuse and neglect and to strengthen families in Fresno County. Our team of professionals are dedicated to helping each individual identify, adapt and effectively deal with difficult times.
