RMH provides three levels of care (Full Service Partnership, (FSP); Intensive Case Management (ICM); and Outpatient, (OP) at each clinic depending on each client’s level of need. The target population for rural services is individuals living with a severe mental health diagnosis (Schizophrenia, Major Depression, or Bipolar Disorder) and that may be experiencing homelessness, drug and alcohol addictions, frequent hospitalizations, incarcerations, legal troubles, family issues, or job loss. The outpatient and intensive case management level of care typically do not have a cap, however depending on the demand for services there may be a wait until an assessment and enrollment can be completed. The FSP level can serve up to 84 clients at any given time.
